This pith helmet was bought by myself from memorabilia dealer Fred Norian at the Williminton MA gun show in 2009. The helmet has the 4 battles that Sgt Quanz participated in with the 4th Division, Roi Namur, Saipan, Tinian, and Iwo Jima. THis was his personal pith helmet.
